Our AAU program runs from March until November. The seasons are divided into Spring, Summer, and Fall. We advise all players interested in participating to register online in early January. Ideally, we would like players to participate each season for continual development. Players can join our practice squad to continue learning and sharpening their skills or join our competitive team to participate in local or national events.
We highly recommend our Skills Academy program for all players to enhance their skills & basketball IQ, whether competing or not in events.
Evaluations will occur in multiple phases. The 5th grade through Middle School phase will occur the last week of February and the first week of March. The High School phase will happen right after the State finals, generally after the third weekend in March.
Below is an outline of what’s included in your membership fee. All players will participate in an Evaluation event to assess their skills to determine the appropriate competitive team level. Returning players are not required to participate in these events. There is a $25 fee for all Evaluation events, which covers the fees for hosting events.

Returning players will only be required to purchase new uniforms every spring. They will have the option to purchase new practice gear as they see fit to ensure they have the proper YOUNGLIFE WARRIORS attire for practice.

Our staff will continue to explore all avenues to find the premier venues that present the best & biggest challenges for our teams. These venues will provide the greatest opportunity for us to showcase our talent and get the most exposure for our players.
YLBA requires players to purchase game jerseys and practice gear. Our program wears primary Nike related apparel. Nike custom orders take 4-5 weeks (stock) & 4 months (digital) to receive and requires a minimum of 10 uniforms per order. YLBA will process team orders as a group. This process ensures everyone has the required equipment at the same time.
Nike custom uniforms cost roughly $160 per set. Home and Away uniforms are required for each team. Practice gear (top & shorts) cost roughly $100 and can be purchased online at anytime or during the group order. We order new uniforms annually for the new season, which starts in the Spring of every year. Returning players will use the same gear for the Summer, Fall, & Winter. All items will be delivered to players during practice or prior to an event.
